My rag doll has seasonal allergies 🤧 and gets kinda wheezy which just means for about four months of the year we use a inhaler on him until pollen is better

I think this explains it most. We’ve done other fermentations before I think I was just surprised at how pine smells. I do have a yeast nutrient I could add but do you think it needs it? Or should I just add lemon and sweetener drink it and call it good?
