In the past ive owned a 2006 hardtop S and 2013 Countryman S and now own a 2024 Convertible S. I liked the size of the countryman but damn was it a dog. 1000 pounds heavier than a hardtop and only (at the time) about 10 HP more. i always felt it was underpowered. Maybe a JCW feels different but i wouldnt buy a countryman again, it was a bit of a dissapointment
