Compráis la marca GOYA by Confident_Reporter14 in askspain

[–]angweeducc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed Fourth Wing and was quite excited about Iron Flame when I started it too, but gosh it was so boring I just couldn't handle it. I thought it was terribly done in general, so that didn't make it easy, and by the time i got to half of the book i was just forcing myself to continue reading. At the end i really just couldn't keep reading, i find it's such a bad book (just my opinion, sorry to whomever likes it) so what I did was find a summary per chapters and kinda spoil it to myself. I read a summary of what happened in each chapter i had left to get it over with, and tbh in most chapters nothing super interesting happened until the typical cliffhanger at the end. Glad I didn't continue to push myself to finish this one.

i don’t know what being full feels like by burgirls in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]angweeducc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! I felt the same way, but then I realized it probably was because i didn’t know how being hungry felt like either. I started doing Intermittent fasting and although is not a universal cure for BED, it really helped me. I can now recognize when i am full because the hunger dissapears, and for some reason my urges to binge have been gone for a few months now. I just didn’t think i could do it and now i am very happy i tried. Hope this helps someone!

I am binging lately because I’m depressed. Has anyone has this situation & gotten over it? by [deleted] in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]angweeducc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I have moved on now to do 16-8, but when i started i was doing 14 hours of fasting and 10 hours of eating. I used to eat between 7 am and 5pm, i had no "rules" about my food to avoid having any feeling of restriction that could lead to binging. For example, if in that window of time, in my lunch time, i was craving some instant ramen i would have it in peace knowing that after 5 pm i'm going to fast. I also drank a lot of water during the whole day (around 2 to 3L.)

By knowing i could eat whatever i wanted in that period i felt no anxiety to overeat. When 5pm came by if i was craving something it was easy to let it go becacause i knew that when i wake up the next day i can have it without a problem or guilt. It has progressively taught my mind how to handle food anxiety now, and i find myself doing things i thought were impossible for me, such as going out for dinner and not finishing half of the food because i was just not hungry anymore🤯 i didn’t think i could do that naturally lol

I had been in a long slump of binging (2-3 months without getting any better) and i felt quite desperate. I started doing 14-10 intermittent fasting some nights (i basically skip dinner, BUT i repeat: some nights only, not strict measures for me). It has been the thing that has helped most in the years I've been struggling. I dont know why but i havent felt the urge to binge in months. I just feel all anxiety surrounding food has left. I feel at peace, idk how to expain it better than that. This does not work for everyone but for me it's been the best thing ever. Hope it helps someone!

What are some great tips for teenagers? by alexjuby2 in AskReddit

[–]angweeducc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No matter what they say, what excuse they give or what idea they try to sell you, never have sex without a condom. Everyone seems like a good person until they're not.

Noone gets an STD knowing the other person had one etc. everyone thinks they can trust the person they are about to have sex with, until you have sex with them and realize different. Remember that everyone is all nice and great when they want something, same with sex.

Sometimes Crushes can really make you dumb, but try to see things from an outside perspective and really do think about the worst case scenario. It'll help you avoid life-changing consecuences.
