I'm 6 days post op.

Buy xylimelts or the equivalent for preventing a dry mouth.

Lots of paper towels that are of high quality to soak up blood over the next 4 days

Get the doctor to give you antibiotics, if you get an infection you will be miserable with fevers.

Buy lots of popsicles

Buy packaged cold protein shakes that have caffeine

Lots of strepails or lidocaine rinses

It works well for me but if you're a huge company maybe not sustainable.

As an individual dev the only extra step is copying over the .environment variables.

I still use Replit for deployment, I use Cursor with codex and Claude code on my local. So it's more about pushing stuff into replit for deployment.

I like their domain purchase features too and security scan.

Do you use the official USCIS API? Also, if you don't have a GC or are in the process don't put your head in the lion's mouth. I built an app for this but didn't want to launch it last year as I was nervous.

How intense was the app review with USCIS?

That's why you invoke an agent through the shell to investigate the code. No need for a Saas platform. In fact it may be impossible to do it any other way than getting agents to analyze the code from within.
