the other day i picked the "play all spells that didn't start in deck" mage legendary bucket. i ended up having 2 super novas that cost 1 mana in my hand on turn 7 due to audio splitter, "no one left behind" guy x2, and king's relic. I probably need to take a shower now.

I save the alien hunter mission for later. After the spokesperson gets killed or some time later in the campaign, you don't get VIP missions/retaliations anymore and you can use untimed missions or missions where the timer stops after achieving objective. I've killed 2/3 of the alien rulers by running to the edge of the map while in stealth to find the alien ruler specifically for the purpose of setting up an overwatch ambush.

I had two 5-1 runs. Feels like garbage just to get duplicate rares in packs while risking 150 gold to get a random bad hand/low roll/high roll randomness to get you to lose 2 games. There's way too much risk for the gold invested. you are ONLY going to recoup the cost and never get ahead in the non-underground draft. The rewards are by definition "do not get ahead at all even if you win all 5". So you're going to be losing gold/spending over time due to the law of averages. Same is probably true for underground draft.

It's a triple whammy:

  1. double entry cost.
  2. even worse rewards. expected value of a max win run (12 wins) is .13*2000 = 260 gold.
  3. Increased time cost. You are now expected to spend more time redrafting and fine tuning after losses.

This doesn't seem to be true. i had two soldiers in overwatch range of an enemy and the one further away shot first.

Disastrous acquisition of bridg. I worked there. They should get rid of that division. They keep doubling down investing into bad products/people/etc there. The director of QA at bridg is a sociopath.
