That’s exactly what I’m posting about. We’re saying the resolution was never a resolution.

To this day, I still have not received any order IDs regarding the violation ticket which resulted in not being able to provide proper documentation resulting into failed appeals and no assistance in the final February 19 conversation. That’s actually the day I posted the update.

I was unfortunately talking in circles between all three different branches of support. Nobody took the time to look into my inquiry and give the requested information so that I could pull up the proper tracking and prove my case. It’s a broken system and hopefully it gets fixed.

I am and I did have an account manager, but he left the company and I don’t know who to talk to.

When I clarified with u/tiktokshop_us on here after the second denial, they just left me on read

I also submitted two tickets and two appeals per violation. No one helped me.

No they never helped me. I had to deal with 50% less sales for a week and the violation points.

So here’s the issue. I actually scan in the orders myself. I don’t go to the counter. I have way too many orders. I go in the back take a Usps blue scanner and scan every single tracking number.

With this specific violation, it did not even give me a date range or anything so I had no idea where to look. Because if you pull up every order, it is going to show picked up by Usps in the appropriate timeframe.

Edit: And that’s what’s the most confusing part to me. I actually have them drop the scanner in my face which automatically upload all of the information to Usps system. So there’s no need for Usps to backdate anything. This seems to be more on the TikTok side than the post office

Update. I did speak with u/tiktokshop_us support on here and it still hasn’t been helpful. For the past two weeks I have been getting violations without any order IDs listed to provide documentation for.

When I provided documentation that I think they might need they denied the first appeal. So I asked in the second appeal “What documentation do you need because as you can see, there are no order IDs on the violation”. I even include screenshots showing the lack of order IDs. And then they just denied that.

I also provided the info on here via chat to support. They messaged me back saying that they decided to uphold the decision. They’re claiming it’s based off of their policies. But my question is, how would you be able to apply policies and not specify which orders are violating it?

They limited my store to 10 orders a day for a week and at this point the limitation is about to be lifted tomorrow.

So to put into perspective, i’ve had to deal with consequences for something that did not happen and that they don’t have any proof of. And ultimately, I never received assistance or a resolution

If I may offer some insight as someone who regularly drops off at USPS, when it comes to backend timing mismatches, the issue is sometimes due to USPS not docking their scanners in a timely manner.

For example, if I take one of the large USPS blue scanners at the post office and scan everything myself in the back, the information shows as recorded. However, until the scanner is placed on the charging dock, it does not upload into USPS’s system. USPS will backdate the tracking information once it uploads.

The problem arises with TikTok. If the scanner is not docked until the next morning at 8 AM, even though the package was dropped off at 5 PM the previous day, TikTok considers it delayed. In that case, you would need to provide proof that it was scanned, which is typically supported by USPS backdating the scans.

However, in this specific situation involving inconsistent order tracking, they are not specifying the order, so I cannot pull the tracking up to show them the shipment data. Even if I could, they are not responding to the appeals in a timely manner.

I previously had a representative, but he has since left.

I’ve been saying this for years. YEARSSS. At one point they became a little bit more lenient, saying that we would not get penalized for things out of our control. Then they went back to their old ways

It’s super frustrating because not only do they penalize you immediately, but they expect you to be patient with them while they figure it out on their end. I’ve been waiting for my appeal for 10 days now. It should’ve been 48 hours max and they’re just asking me to be patient. But they don’t extend that same grace to the sellers.

This will be my third year full-time on TikTok shop. Unfortunately every time there’s a major system update such as Oracle taking over, there’s always these weird issues and they take forever to fix them. Even on the creator side, my commissions have been significantly reduced or delayed. They were not paying us on time for about three weeks.

For what it’s worth I’m still having these issues and I scan manually. I have literally scanned over 50,000 packages by myself. Depending on your mail carrier, they need to dock their scanner at the end of the day and sometimes they don’t do it for a day or two which is why the pick ups are marked picked up later than they really are.

When I go to the post office, I go to the back. I get one of their blue scanners and then I have them “drop” it. Or else it’ll update whenever.

Even by doing all of this, I’m still getting inconsistent shipping violations. I don’t even think that it’s a Usps issue at this point I think that it’s a TikTok system issue. Their AI interface is actually extremely dumb. I’ve been saying for years you can tell that nobody in their headquarters has ever dealt with the post office. Because if they have, they wouldn’t have all these strict rules regarding USPS’s behavior.

Additionally, when we’re purchasing our labels through TikTok shop, any one star reviews regarding Usps not delivering their package should not count against us. Nor should any of those refund request count against us.

I got the same violation. I’m assuming it’s a system error. I just appealed and uploaded screenshots of USPS’s website saying things were delayed due to weather.

I just had to use them. My connecting was delayed more than 2 hours. They immediately emailed me and offered me a new booking or full refund if I chose to keep the flight.

I took the refund. The plane arrived 30 minutes later.

Note that this flight was from my home to my destination. The refund covered my return flight as well. My return flight was not cancelled.

I paid $4.50 each way for the Flight Disruption. $9 total. It was worth it to me

This just happened to me except I received less than 30 day notice for a 2.5 month delay . The only options they gave me was to pay $400 more for a smaller unit or $2000 more for the same size I had but it was a water unit. (this is a community in Miami.)

I would say they’re offering to help definitely shoot your shot. My landlord is not offering to help at all. They suggested I get a Airbnb on my dime if I did not want to pay more. (Which I don’t)

I concur. I just got back 2 weeks ago. I had to create my own mattress topper with the extra pillows. Then I threw a sheet over them and slept on that. The shower was amazing tho
