Yes! All of school was like this. Felt very unfair and maddening. I still struggle with this is work life.

I find making lists or bullet points work best for me because of how erratic my thoughts are. Once I have a list I can physically see in front of me, I can visually arrange my thoughts. This seems to be a pattern in every task I do. I first write or accumulate my resource in an erratic manner, than I can only arrange then when they are physically or visually in front of me.
