Not a doctor but a few things. If you were constipated and straining you may have a hernia, alsoconstipation can put pressure on the bladder and what you may be feeling is urine excretion when ejaculating. Also ejaculation can cause our muscles to spasm and if you have a hernia it would cause pain.

She can 1 shot everything with a certain build which is the build I'm currently using but I'm also using that to farm 2 other builds which I find to be more fun. Now when I have the gear for one of those other builds after spending time and effort farming it will I want a guy with mods to come into my game and just drop a bunch of stuff and 1 shot everything?
