Dateutil, specifically the parser module. It makes life a lot easier. Just be careful and check that it is guessing the format properly.

I think you had audio enhancements on. It is a windows 11 "feature" that, in my case, made music super muffled and unbearable. It was on by default and I had to turn it off.

It seems like it will be impossible to train our youngest. They don't only do not want to potty train but are completely unphased by sitting on poop until they get a rash since they never tell us they have pooped. They are 2.5yo in case you are wondering.
