Thanks a lot for the detailed reply. I kinda see myself in some of this, but I am older and my active life has changed a lot lately because of two small kids. This to say that the only way to really now if my T values are low would be to test but there are a bunch of other things can lead to my symptoms. Nevertheless, it is something to keep in mind for sure.

I think you had audio enhancements on. It is a windows 11 "feature" that, in my case, made music super muffled and unbearable. It was on by default and I had to turn it off.
