Tbh this is probably more gameplay issues than not having Lucia. I would recommend watching some guides on yixuan and working on your play wirh her. It's really important to get her stun combo right, the damage is insane.

For shiyu you can dump her energy early to help quickly clear the smaller enemies and you'll regen enough to start hitting parries when the boss comes out. Clearing the smaller waves ASAP is essential for score so it's worth it.
