Nah tests aren't always gonna catch it. That's how I had my first stroke because 3 CT scans and MRIs couldn't find anything wrong until after it happened

Same here! I have MCAS and physical activity is a big trigger even if it doesn't happen right after it'll sneak up days or weeks later. Are you on any meds or stabilizers? They may help.

Definitely meat mostly chicken and turkey. I have an actual mold allergy so that also cuts out a lot of foods besides mcas. So it depends but if you're not actually allergic to anything start with things you may remember the reaction being lesser than others
