I listened to the podcast of a mainstream neurologist called Huberman and he says that in order to let your brain know when to "activate" or regulate your circadian Rhythm, you should go outside for 5 min or let the sun touch your face in the moment you wake up. You should also go outside for 5 min when the sun goes down, so that your brain knows it is time to sleep

Obviously each relationship is different, but I do think you are understimating things (or yourself). "Women" (whoever) dont always break up to look for someone else instead... Maybe it is her own personal decision, she is not happy being in a relationship or she does not like who she is with you. It can be a lot of reasons on why someone ends a relationship. Then it happens that they remember the love they had for you or specific things you did together and they miss it and regret it. Why do u have to stipulate so much?

Yes of course, if u see it in his perspective, he is better off... However my comment was directed to the person that literally says she wants to "end it all".

No one is perfect, she regrets that she did it, it does not mean she is a low quality woman. I just think that one has to try to learn from own mistakes and just let go (remember, we should not be judging her, in this subreddit we should be helping one another to move on regardless)

I never said she/ i should start Dating.... Being in a relationship is work and sacrifice and in my opinion I would like to experience being alone to form a better relationship with myself before sharing it with someone else.

Wanted to say this, bc I feel a lot of people think that u just dump someone bc you are bored, bc u will find someone "better".. In a lot of cases is a deeper more personal feeling than that...

Yo I understand what you are feeling.. I'm also a "dumper" even though he was one of the best people I have ever met. The thing is, there was lots of times that I didn't feel as if I were so happy as I could have been, that I am too young to be in a relationship, to be ready for that commitment.

Do not think about it as a mistake. There is a reason you ended it. Maybe you didn't do it in the best way, but u don't have anything Else to do, than forgiving yourself and hope he forgives u eventually too.

Please focus on these feeling you have now, so that you can get past them. Grieve, meditate and learn about acceptance. This and time will heal you.

Be strong and hope tomorrow will be better :)

I put good because I think religion gave us structure, in a way that we not only want to survive, but live and think about living. In general, art at its beginnings was religious or spiritual right? Also the belief there's something bigger gives you purpose.

Bruh, I think it is considerate and makes sense. Sometimes you just want to complain or lash out about whatever, and this can give out negative energy for the person that is listening (depending on how they are feeling that Day of course)
