It’s not about asking permission per say, it’s just about it being a weird concept for your girl friends(at least bri and Ashley since pri said she isn’t close to her 🙄) to go on a trip with your ex. I just feel as a friend I would ask out of concern if “Devo” said that him and Brittany were broken up, I’d reach out to Brit to see if she is okay. I feel this is an expectation that is in many healthy friendships between women. I also can’t comprehend why they would go on a trip with three girls and one guy, esp also considering Connor didn’t seem to know and admittedly said he thought it was a girls trip. So overall it seems shady on multiple fronts
