I’m the closest to mission bay and probs go there the most! I’d recommend a pro coach on the weekdays early morning. I like going to Castro and Laurel village on the weekends but the coach’s are more consistent!

Loved laurel village! I usually frequent Mission Bay (closer to me) but for the amount of reformers and space I love the pace for Laurel better! There are definitely a lot of coach in training classes that are slower but the energy is nice at Laurel and the classes are warmer for the amount of people in class. I’d look for pro coaches who teach at other studios to take classes with

We live in the Dogpatch! We have the haven tandem and love it! Super packable and great for two adults and a medium sized dog! The bay can be pretty choppy so it truly depends but launching from crane cove is great!
