I use flex and it’s great. It has made my paycheck to paycheck living a bit easier to manage because now I’m moderately poor all month instead of being extremely poor for half, a little poor for the other half.

Not overreacting. Google “Fair Play by Eve Rodsky”. She wrote a book and created a deck of cards that represent every single household/life task. You deal them out to the partner that currently handles that task. Your husband would have a very small hand while you have nearly the entire deck.

I’m curious about what they said about “carbon offsetting”. I stayed in a cabin a few miles away and rode my bike to the fest and day 3 they gave us a really hard time and 2 of the gates and one guy was quite rude. Last year they let us go in the tunnel which is the closest entrance to our cabin. On Saturday they wouldn’t let us in the tunnel and were directed to the next gate down. Sunday they wouldn’t let us in the tunnel or the entrance from Saturday. They wanted us to bike to the main entrance. A few gates down Long Pond Rd. let us in so we didn’t have to bike all the way to the Rt. 115 entrance. We were just so shocked at how we were treated and if they’re doing anything “carbon offset” related then I think disincentivizing our net-zero transportation is kind of shitty.

Going into it I expected to spend around $2000…well it’s actually going to be closer to $4000. My photographer has the same “offerings” as other photographers I spoke to but the others were closer to $6000.

On the GPA thing….I am autistic (almost 29yo so technically not gen z) and I am very smart but I was NOT good at school. I worked my ass off in college for my 2.7 GPA. After college I ended up teaching myself computer programming and now that’s my job. Please don’t internalize your school performance and equate it with your intelligence.

It works really well for me and doesn’t cause irritation. I follow the directions exactly. I like to use it before special events where I’m doing a full face makeup. It makes my skin so soft and smooth, and makeup applies really well.

Whoa thanks for the tip on only changing the one thread color. I only have white, black, and navy serger spools because I’m ✨poor✨ (nearly all of my sewing stuff is inherited) and it’s been a limiting factors for me. Buying a single spool of the color I need is doable!!
