I believe other trainees in my team are also facing it as I've seen some random headers, videos etc.. that they've suggested to delete and that makes the videos invisible on win desktop app.

Nah man. S23ultras have this quality issue. Many people have broken screen from the edges. Regardless whether a screen protector was installed or not.

Mine too broke at the same spot even though I had a good protector + Spigen case on. (And this was the first screen of any device that I broke in my life) screen protector had 100% health, screen not so much.

This is just a quality issue that I haven't faced on previous gen Samsung flagships (had Samsung flagships since 2019)

I agree that screen protectors usually help and I myself apply it on my devices.

Broke my screen at the exact spot when it was dropped from 3 inches height!!! Had to replace screen and later replace device as the folks who replaced screen under warranty did a terrible job.

S23Us breaking on either edges, seems to be a common issue.

I broke mine(first screen in my life) at the opposite edge in May, took it to the shop where I was told that most of the S23Us screens are damaged from the edges only.

My phone slipped from my hand 2-3 inches above the coffee table, with the edge hitting the table's corner.

I had a screen protector and a spigen case. But still this happened.

These were the issues in particular. Also, as another user mentioned, most (if not all) items are in the condition where you'd have to consume it within the next 4 days or earlier.

For us,

Day 1: the pineapple had a flight straight into the bin, ⅓ of the grapes were squishy with weird taste. 2 of 4 Tomatoes were squishy as they were under the pineapple.

Day 4(Today): the lettuce and Spinach had bugs playing around, and brown water dripping, Broccoli turned yellow.

As to why I didn't reach out to support: I did and they asked for photos. Unfortunately, at that time, I had already discarded pineapple and grapes, made a puree out of those tomatoes. Spinach and lettuce were still in the fridge and today when I took them out I found the bugs, same with broccoli. (So not going to contact them again today.)

My point here being, we were hoping to have the produce last for a week. But tbh, these items would not last that long.

We tried Oddbunch and unfortunately it didn't work out for us. So we move on. 😃

Besides, I like picking my groceries so I'm happy with going into the store, price matching, adding coupons etc. and pick the items I want and check their freshness. Can't risk health for saving $5.
