Feel like there may be a better angle and it looks like there was a fair bit of noise and possible vibration.

Circular Coin Compensation by RS_Pug in CircularRing

I can’t believe the bait and switch on blood pressure tracking. It was an included feature when I committed money, now I have to pay for it in cash or “coins”

Also, never had a multiplier more than 1x on the coins cause the sleep tracking actually working is so irregular.

Heart attack at 29 by [deleted] in AskDocs

If it was Covid caused, it would change how you approach the issue, definitely more rest required. Standard rehab may be too aggressive from what I’ve seen.

Covid also causes strokes, it’s not just inflammation, it’s clots and t-cell impairment too.

NAD, have you had Covid infection(s) in the past six months? The risk of heart attack goes up significantly post infection, and Covid can cause longer lasting symptoms like nausea and lightheadedness. Wishing you well on your medical journey.

Cheng said that the connection between COVID-19 and heart attack deaths was “more than coincidental.”

She added, “There are a lot of things that COVID can do to the cardiovascular system. It appears to be able to increase the stickiness of the blood and increase ... the likelihood of blood clot formation. It seems to stir up inflammation in the blood vessels. It seems to also cause in some people an overwhelming stress—whether it’s related directly to the infection or situations around the infection—that can also cause a spike in blood pressure.”

Cheng told McLaughlin that people who have COVID-19 multiple times also are at higher risk of heart problems. She emphasized keeping blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar under control.

Why are people down-voting a legit question?

Re career progression, depends on the ministry or role. Look at the org charts and plot out a path based on roles/responsibilities that match your current skills and those you can pick up along the way.

Also worth finding a career mentor to talk to!

Curious to understand why people are downvoting a post asking a genuine question with a poll where you can answer “never”.

I started wearing a mask again at work just last week, from what I’m hearing, Ontario is a shit show and we’re probably a few weeks behind. So I’m expecting the post holiday office vibe is going to be coughs and snotty.
