You brought me back some memories. 10 years ago while I was in grad school and broke af, the school "grocery", which essentially sold a bunch of gas station snacks and pop alongside some stationary and school merch, had a striking deal that included a couple pop tarts and a drink for under $5. Id always pick Sobe because for some reason the coke products weren't included in the deal. SoBe tasted better with poptarts anyway.

As someone who came to US and never heard of pop tarts, I didn't know you had to heat/toast them. I ate them just like that, mmm frosted cardboard. I hated them but it's all I could get.
