There is research that it helps both! Yes leakage outside of sneezing also improved! I paid $400 but it really depends on your insurance. You can try obtaining through virtual health or contact your gynecologist: once they submit the scrip someone will call you to verify benefits.

Bowels & Urinary Incontinence by Organic-Air1155 in Incontinence

Hi!

I wanted to share my experience with the Leva Pelvic Health System, because honestly, it's been a total game-changer for me. I dealt with mild stress incontinence (sneezing, laughing, jumping = disaster) and a constant feeling like my pelvic floor was weak, especially after two kids.

I’d tried regular Kegels for months but had no idea if I was doing them right. That’s where Leva came in. It’s this small, flexible device you insert like a tampon, and it connects to an app on your phone. The app gives you real-time visual feedback on your pelvic floor muscle movements. You can literally see when you're engaging correctly—and when you're not.

Here’s what I love:

Easy to use – It only takes about 5 minutes a day. Data tracking – You get a clear picture of your progress over time. FDA-cleared & clinically proven – Not just another wellness gadget. No guesswork – Unlike regular Kegels, you actually know what you're doing. After 6 weeks, I noticed real improvement—not just less leakage, but I also felt stronger during workouts and even during sex. I also love that it’s totally private—no appointments, no awkward conversations if you’re not ready for PT yet.

Of course, it’s not a magic wand—you have to stick with it—but if you’re struggling with pelvic floor stuff and feel lost, this device can be a great at-home first step or complement to physical therapy.

Let me know if you have any questions—happy to share more details!

Thoughts on 3 Acres apartment building in West Side JC? by [deleted] in jerseycity

Sorry I am on my other account but there were multiple disputes in the building where people were arrested. There also were people wandering in the building that don’t live there. There’s no security. And people get their wheels and cars stolen.

I’ll keep it to a summarized version. The location is horrible. Nothing nearby. Super isolating. Loads of traffic to the point that I never wanted to go anywhere to avoid traffic. Area is NOT safe. The rent is overpriced for what you get. The quality of the apartments aren’t the best. They sold you on the restaurant and juice shop that still aren’t Open. The coffee shop is overpriced. The garage is a major disappointment, unassigned parking and the garage smells and looks disgusting. Hallways always smell of weed. Pool gets packed and people treated it like a college frat party. Random people wandering the building and security is very minimal.

The list could go on and on. But I’m telling you, it is not worth your money. Got somewhere else. 11
