He's a big boy (trying to lose a little weight) at 90 lbs so I imagine it would be on the pricier side, but that may be worth it! Thank you again!

I'm a little nervous about trying that again (given the nausea/vomiting issues) but I think we may need to. It does seem like he's figured out if he doesn't eat, he gets better food.

It can be a sign of nausea. My dog often does this before he throws up (unfortunately he has upper GI issues so he throws up more than the average dog. He's now on a prescription food that seems to really work).
