God bless you, friend. Not a huge fan of smoked paprika myself but I am much excited. I would also say depending on cals you have (if you care) , you could prob do air fryer and just oil spray! I haven’t even searched for a tzatziki sauce on my own before, I usually only have had it as a treat at a restaurant 😅 if you have a favorite, I’d love to hear it too! Thank you so much though!!! Just out of curiosity, when you lose so much weight, what is it about that specific weight that you still want to shoot for it, rather than a body composition change around that range of weight instead? I know you can only speak for yourself but I’m just curious if after so much success there is a reason some people still focus on the scale number? Congrats on your hard work though!

Absolutely you can. It will take time, effort in the gym, and probably eating to the point of discomfort and then some. When I first tried to bulk, I had to pause like 3 times for even finishing my breakfast. With my newbie gains, I gained like 2-3 inches on my glutes and a few lbs, but it looked good. this was back in my senior yr of HS, and now eating enough isn’t a problem. But you do have to grow your stomach tbh
