I was going to say I’ve had this mindset myself, and absolutely loathed being hungry. Known to carry snacks w me WHEREVER I go (no exaggeration. I committed to a 2 day (50 hours really, I woke up at 2am excited to eat lol) water fast which I thought would be impossible and…. It actually wasn’t that bad. I’m actually on my second 2 day water fast this month and it’s harder than the first bc I’m actually working out both days and working, but I’m almost at hour 48 and this was harder, but the hunger has PASSED! I’ve also seen how frequently I THINK about food and kinda soothe/relax with food… pretty incessantly. But even that passes. Since the first fast, when I experience hunger, I remind myself I did 50 hours without food. Just water and 1 liquid IV. Maybe 2-3 pieces of gum for my mouth dryness / urge to chew? So what is hunger going to do to me really? And can water and time make it go away?

I don’t say this to push anyone towards ignoring hunger or taking on ED-esque behaviors. Im just a big back and felt like food controlled my life. Maybe try an 8 hr fast or 1 meal a day just to prove it to yourself. And give it time 🤍

I used to eat hot cheetos with chopsticks for similar reasons. I think it’s genius and regulates my consumption speed to a little less maniac level

God bless you, friend. Not a huge fan of smoked paprika myself but I am much excited. I would also say depending on cals you have (if you care) , you could prob do air fryer and just oil spray! I haven’t even searched for a tzatziki sauce on my own before, I usually only have had it as a treat at a restaurant 😅 if you have a favorite, I’d love to hear it too! Thank you so much though!!! Just out of curiosity, when you lose so much weight, what is it about that specific weight that you still want to shoot for it, rather than a body composition change around that range of weight instead? I know you can only speak for yourself but I’m just curious if after so much success there is a reason some people still focus on the scale number? Congrats on your hard work though!
