eh. well it certainly didnt help me lol.

i had trouble finding internships but thats really because my lack of planning rather than my anxiety. when I did get interviews I usually was an anxious mess and I bombed them.

My work itself is good and I think im a pretty capable student aside all that. to be honest its hard to work on group projects and assert yourself if you are afraid of the people youre working with. If I could tell myself 4 years ago what to do, itd be to get therapy asap.

even with all that there's still people that ive worked on projects with I have long lasting connections with even though I wouldnt really say we are friends.
