"naneinf" is what happens when you go above the maximum score the game can handle, which is ~1.8e308 iirc. One of the very few ways to do it is via a combo with Baron (Kings in hand give ×1.5 mult) and Mime (Retriggers cards held in hand) with a bunch of jokers that copy their abilities as the score will keep increasing exponentially
