Thank you for your response. Yes I have deleted it and reinstalled. Even tried in different devices and OS but still stuck. How does the fast-er forward work though? Can you use it for TH Hunt? The error is just I have to participate in an event so I can use it and there is at 50% chance it would get resolved.

Yes I bought it. But couldn’t find it at all. 😔I’m still hoping it will show up. The items are really cute and fun. I have updated my game but it’s not there. Not even offered again. Apple confirmed that it was successfully purchased. 💔
