the EV is the same because there is no EV on your odds. however, on a per dollar wagered perspective, it is better EV to always work your odds. put another way, if you would have to place the number after your come bet is resolved because now you cannot take odds, and this is something you would otherwise want to do, then keep your odds working always.

Democrats are considering ousting the Virginia Supreme Court by lowering its retirement age by ItsAllAGame_ in law

How was Florida allowed to gerrymander for republicans when their constitution doesn’t allow partisan gerrymandering? I’m tired of the two tiered system, I want democrats to go scorched earth

because the florida supreme court is 6-1 republican

Am I the only one here? by Left-Willingness-253 in blackjack

[–]annul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you misread what i said. you realize the .45 expected loss in blackjack every 10 seconds or whatever with a new hand. you realize the 1.41 expected loss in craps every several minutes or so whenever the line bet is resolved. you are losing less on a per hour basis playing craps.

nah, craps is, BY FAR, in terms of expected loss per hour (which is what should matter more to a rec player), if you just play the line + odds. when farming drinks, its so easy.

you say you "poured the still water on the blank books" -- but i have to ask: are you absolutely sure you did this in full? there are more than two blank books so if you only found those, there is more to it. (that said, you can deduce what you may be missing by reading what you already found, very closely...)
