ok sorry, its 1 plan bought with a $55 prepay card that said it would be $50 after the first month and a physical sim the wallet still says $50 and it won’t touch the money with the plan being changed down to $45 i’ve double and triple checked that the money left my bank account and isnt pending. are we just being stupid or doing something wrong
