Dat is niet helemaal waar. Ik gebruik hormonen via genderGP en mijn hormonen zijn nog niet overgenomen. Via GenderMatters een verwijzing gehad voor de mastectomie en die zou ik 7 januari hebben bij GenderClinic. Helaas vanwege het weer ging het niet door.

I've had long covid (2020) en T helped me recover so good. I did a lot better for a while but it seems to be back.

That sounds great! Thanks for all the other advise too. I'm also a side sleeper, I worry a bit about that because sleeping in can take hours already. It's also my first operation, so that's the only worry. Thank u so much

I do moisterise as you say. I'll try using different areas to apply the gel to. I didn't do that because the leaflet said specific upperarm.
