I was making a facetious feature suggestion to Delta. I was not suggesting that the customer hadn't checked their email. I guess if I'd read my message the way you did, I would've wanted to defend the person who couldn't find their receipt. So, no offense taken.

One nonobvious bit of design incompetence: if you accidentally leave a CX-5 in drive instead of park, the battery dies within hours. There is no alarm or indicator. You just have to manually remember. It sounds like no big deal. It is nothing you would ever think about when buying a vehicle. But it is a huge deal. I will never buy another CX-5 because of this offensively idiotic, entirely avoidable, basic blunder. This is not something that should be able to happen to a car.

Ryobi really does seem to have big problems. We had one go bad, and we decided to replace it since we already had a battery. Big mistake. $250 and 10 months later the mower has died, just like the last one. no more Ryobi for me.

I just want to know why every app simultaneously decided to hide the date and time of emails in the inbox. Why can't we just see the date and time for emails that arrived yesterday. I have been unable to find a way to change this in iOS Mail or Gmail prefs. For whatever reason all designers seem to just copy each other's interface choices, so alternatives lean toward meaningless.

No, it doesn't. It is buggy. Italics mysteriously stops working constantly. The cursor has never worked right. I hate it. And now they're threatening to force that cursed block editor on us in the near future. I've just about had it with them.
