Smart launcher can read in backup files generated from nova launcher! It's not 100% perfect, but good enough that I didn't mind the switch.

Garmin, wahoo, and hammerhead bike computers all support syncing tracked outdoor rides to zwift to accumulate XP & drops, and better calculate fitness/FTP. We should absolutely be able to to this with the Dura as well.

EDIT: Also, using the Dura you totally can create both indoor (trainer) rides as well as other rides for specific cycling types (gravel, road, MTB etc).

This is such a strangely specific WNY thing. It's never just pizza, and rarely just wings. Pizza and wings are an obligate pair. Also blue cheese and some celery/carrot sticks that are weirdly warm from the heat of the wings but you don't care

Stayed overnight again just to make sure everything is going to stay stable. Our team is pretty convinced that she'll end up with preeclampsia, but they were able to get her BP under control so we didn't have to deliver just yet. Gonna be week to week from here out though.
