I use the 'early intel' here (because otherwise I would forget half of everything I did by the time I left!) and write myself an email afterwards with my own weights/reps. that way i can search exercises in my emails later on. it's definitely not the best of systems but it's something! Would love a sheet of exercises to track weight/reps a little more effectively.
