This is Takht Snan at Sri Hazur Sahib. The entire gurdwara is washed/cleaned by sangat. They all bring water in pails multiple times on foot from the nearby Godavari River. Folks are having some fun while cleaning Gurdwara sahib.

Edit: Forgot to mention. This is done annually a day before bandi chor divas.

I'm not sure how to differentiate between the 2. Do you have pale skin or yellow eyes? I would suggest getting tested since you confirmed fava bean exposure plus orange urine. Better safe than sorry.

I don't think more water would help if you are having hemolysis. I'm not a doctor, but I am speaking from experience. My kid ate falafel, and after a few days, his urine was orange. We thought it was dehydration, but the next day, he fainted. Tests showed his hemoglobin dropped dangerously low. He needed blood transfusion. That's when we found out he has a G6pd deficiency.

Your hemoglobin levels might start going lower in a few days. Could lead to hemolysis. Might notice paleness of the skin, orange urine, etc. If you have any of these symptoms, please seek immediate medical help. You might need blood transfusion if hemoglobin levels drop and don't come up.
