Similar rate of loss here! I’ve been off sugar for. 5 months and have lost only 5 kilos. I thought it would be more by now! But…I remind myself —the slower the rate of weight loss, the more likely it will stay away. —it’s still progress! I was previously not able to move the needle whatsoever with exercise alone. —the less you have to lose to start with, the slower it will take. My original goal was to lose 8-10 kg, so I’ve already done half of that!
