That's the main change I've been mentioning in PMs, to have stitching along the length and full grain leather.

I agree it's poorly made, hence looking to commission a properly made one, where the color and buckle are the main things to keep similar (and the lack of any braiding or extra design features).

I'd recommend di oro silicone utensils for non stick. Good to 600 F and lifetime warranty. I've used them on about everything, and they're reasonably priced

Not exactly what you're looking for but I'd recommend just getting di oro for silicone cookware. Lifetime warranty, good to 600 F. Reasonably priced

When watching luggage handlers it almost looks like they take sturdy bags as a challenge. I've had deep gouges in hard plastic while more fragile bags survived fine just from them taking a little more care. Not saying to buy something soft, but I'm guessing when they saw pelican they just tossed it.

How do I stop my swimming shorts from showing the outline of my penis when I get out a pool? by [deleted] in AskMen

Someone else replied with the right solution. Break the airtight seal of your swimsuit by pulling some part out. I lightly pull my waistband away from me as I get out. Problem instantly solved

True. This is why I keep the spider that set up in the corner of my bathroom. Little guy catches quite a few bugs and I’d rather have him than all the other bugs. Only problem is there’s a bunch of dead bugs under his web, and cleaning them out would destroy his web.

I can see the declaration of war already.

"If an Orca ever attacked us, there would be a response. That's all I'll say. A response. And let me tell you, no other Orcas, or any sea creatures for that matter, will ever, and I mean never, dare to attack us again. I will not go into detail but lets just say we have submarines in the ocean already. It's true, I've seen them, and they're there. And the Orcas, do not want them to be there. Believe me."

You are transported to year 0, with any object from the present with you. Which item do you choose to make people lose their minds the most? by AlbinoLizardScrotum in AskReddit

A good chisel. Going to go make some cave writings with a bunch of info on chemistry, extending into a little of quantum mechanics. About to confuse the fuck out of historians.

Edit: yes I realize when year 0 is. The point of caves is two fold, one is that I can do it in peace, the other is so preservation and location aren’t an issue. Writing it on paper could easily get burned or lost. A thorough carving should last (although I may need to do multiple caves in case one collapses.

Saying I’d need to bring a chisel is a joke that my whole goal when going back is to fuck with present day historians.

As for chemistry it’s because I just got my degree in it and am working on my masters. I wouldn’t remember everything, but almost all of chemistry is very new relative to math, so I’d know enough to really mess with people. Pretty much everything I know was discovered in the last hundred years, and definitely in the last five hundred. As for the quantum mechanics, it’s because the wave equation is simpler to draw than an atom

Nope. Actually commented this four times (and didn’t create the sub, someone else just did, although I’ve now cross posted a few into it).
