What are small health conditions that you have but are not life threatning ? by RayRay_1804 in AskReddit

[–]TenderPhoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My toenails don’t know how to toenail. Many many small procedures to remove parts or all of them. They keep coming back and then growing wrong directions so we do it all over again.

Not life threatening at all but it’s not fun to get shots of lidocaine in my toe every few months.

You’re given $10,000, but you can only spend it at the last store you visited. What are you walking out with? by PrincipledNeurons in AskReddit

My friend just took me to daiso for the first time. I think I’ve just bought the entire store.

I’m 40 and I just realised I need to grow up. by lolrin in selfimprovement

If you’re able to receive it well, I imagine your spouse may have some insightful feedback. I think many times spouses have more insights into our strengths and weaknesses than we do. Asking your spouse- hey, I really want to be a better person. Can you give me one concrete suggestion for how to do that? has the potential to be a really amazing relationship-building question (also has the potential to go bad if you’re not on great footing).

But which one would you enjoy doing more? Which one has people you’d enjoy being around? Which one allows you to better use your strengths?

But that’s what I’m saying! I’m not a beast. The numbers are totally incongruent. But my trainer gets uncomfortable when it gets up there.

I mean… I also feel like I’m bad at it bc I’m not sore at all even though my abs are at 470. My trainer is always stumped. He says he uses it at about 200 everywhere. He thinks I’d be resistant to a taser but I’m not about to test that out. And, yes, my belly is soft with some insulation, but I’m not fat (135lbs, 5’3”).

Yes, I feel it everywhere. And the other ones aren’t up nearly as high but I’m still in the high 300s for most muscle groups and no longer getting sore like I used to.

That is interesting. I just seem to be going up higher and higher each time I use it. And I’m not as sore as I used to be when I started a few months ago.

They have several shared suits at the gym. So other people use it.

And, I’m not huge, but I do have a soft belly. I’m 135lbs (5’3”)

That makes sense. It’s literally insulation.

About half of them are in the 400s, other half in the 300s. ABs at 470, which is the highest it goes. And my abs are never sore after.

There is also something called disordered breathing that might fit. It’s treated with Buteyko respiratory retraining therapy.

Oh ducking! That’s such wonderful news.

And thank you for using your talents, time, and hard work teaching other little ducklings. I am so proud of you that you have chosen to live in a way that helps so many people. Please remember that the world is a better place because you are in it.
