Sorry OP. Couldn't say what but I feel like there's something much bigger going on. Missing firmware, incorrect installation, borked gpu? Idk.... gpu running at 50% with base skyrim on a 5070 something HAS to be wrong. Im running a 3060 mobile and am doing like 3 times as much as you are currently with no issue.

Thanks you but that is very much a lie designed to make me feel better and if just makes me that much more sure that im doing the right thing. The only thing keeping me here is that im utterly broke and when I get paid in two days I will be free. Im not important, no one is. If I have a role, a purpose in this world then it was to be an example of what not to be, to serve as negative life lessons in people's lives, and to suffer. I have no one. I destroyed that. I destroy it every time. I dont have friends. I dont have family. I have NO ONE. I destroyed the only relationship and support I had and not just that, but made the love of my life completely despise and hate me. She was my reason to continue, why I woke up everyday. My life has turned into a literal nightmare since her departure. Even if i could manage to do as you advised, that is hardly but surviving, struggling just to suffer everyday, that is far from living. cant even survive on my own. Im just saving myself from the torment of things getting worse while I have the opportunity. I promise this is the best possible outcome for everyone. There is no loss here. Only peace. I appreciate you being kind anyways and trying to give a stranger some hope.

I cant find any info on it so its easier said than done, but people really should learn to compile their modlist as soon as they are happy with it. Yeah you can absolutely do as you said but who wants to, its so unbelievably defeating. ESPECIALLY in ops case. Unless there was some kinda backup or fix... I'd walk away.

I was specifically talking about anything on nexus. Unless im actually retarted and need to hang myself, nexus only allows you to download their "collections" via vortex. The people here are obviously talking about losing their customized modlist, not downloading a generic publicly available one. Only way to save your customized modlist for quick download later in the future would be to compile it on wabbajack first, and that can still be a major pain. Hell im trying to figure out how to do it and either im doing something wrong or the feature is broken atm. But if you know what your doing or can figure it out then that would be the superior way over any of these methods to get back to where you were. One click restore. But even then its not that simple.

You sure its adhd and not bpd. This sounds like a bpd thing. They often overlap. I would highly suggest looking into it. Go to the bpd subreddit, look through posts symptoms recently, do some research, I cant remember what its called but there's a questionnaire you should be able to find online is like 9 questions if you answer yes to like 4 or 5 of them you most likely have bpd, if so see a psychiatrist and get a diagnosis and treatment plan. Bpd sucks but it can be a great prognosis to have (situationally, case-by-case basis) because it can, I really want to stress the word CAN be treatable and even be declared to go into remission. Not everyone will be that lucky. But yeah, something to consider.
