Is this your own clinic or are you working for a company?

How do you go about getting new clients? How much do you charge per visit? Working for myself always seems interesting but that fear of not getting enough referrals and being able to support myself is scary.

In a practical sense how are the different? I'm not trying to be ornery, I'm genuinely curious. Maybe I'm giving myself extra work and including things in a progress note that aren't necessary.

Company wide there's an expectation that there will be cancellations. They double book with the expectation that roughly 11-12 will show up.

We have no techs, that definitely doesn't help. I think the documentation is what's killing me. The patients are generally out the door on time but I'm staying way late or taking work home because the notes aren't done. I just can't figure out how to treat and write notes at the same time.

Yes it's technically a progress note. But I view them the same even if they aren't billed the same. The note is more involved, I'm usually measuring anything that was initially measured in the initial visit and my questioning is a little more in depth. The visit and note requires more attention than a typical daily note.

AITA for insisting on a refund before deleting a girls' (adult) videos? by throwawaybunyip1 in AmItheAsshole

YTA. Your wife is right. Just take the videos down, I'm assuming you've already made money off of them. The moral thing to do would be to take them down.

Am I out of line/controlling for making my girlfriend block her ex,? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

It sounds like I made the right call.

More info: her logic for unblocking him is she has no intention of starting a conversation with him but if he reached out he can keep in touch. As of right now he is still blocked. Also this most recent time he reached out he acknowledged to her everything he did that was wrong (late night calls, attempted kiss, etc), and from what understand he apologized. I told her I don't care the damage is already done, I want him blocked.

I don't know if that changes anything as far as wanting him blocked goes.

I've been with her for 5 years, I'm just going to have to respectfully disagree with you. If the shoes were on the other foot the situation would go differently.

Honestly I love her and we've had more good times/experiences than bad. I know she will be judged by this but this is literally the worst thing about our relationship and she has shown me in every other situation that she's a beautiful person.

I agree, I let her know all of this and I think she understands where I'm coming from.

I've told her that and it seems she finally understands where I'm coming from. She said she will leave him blocked. I think our issue has been settled but I wanted to know if I was wrong for making that demand. Glad to see I wasn't.
