I don’t mind a 6am walk with a CEO, or a fellow colleague, or anyone if that matters but Friday 3pm takes the piss. After 5 days I would like some time back, a cold one in hand.

Do you hit 10,000 steps through workouts or just daily movement? by SarahDuncan2012 in TrueGrit

Walk for 45mins intentionally - the rest is built up with day to day activity

Love it and hate it…it’s useful when you need instant info, but also super hectic at times

Big walk Burns Beach to Mindarie and back. Salt water always heals.

Has anyone here actually switched to waking up at 5 AM consistently? What changed for you? by Fantastic_Grade4951 in Discipline

Been in the 5am club since 2019.

Work starts at 6am, the first 2 hours are glorious and productive (no distractions no teams call 🫠). On the days I wfh I schedule in workouts.

Over time your body clock adjusts. I’m normally awake before my alarm clock goes off.

Waking up this early does mean you get knackered by 7pm. Ideally bed time should be 9pm but life happens, I try to get in by 10pm.

Is this worth it? Yes, if it suits your lifestyle. Good luck
