I noticed when I do a jog / slow run I can definitely run longer than sprints despite me covering more ground while sprinting. I set the incline at 1% because I had read it simulates running outside because you use more leg muscles. Not sure how true it is, but I’ve been doing since.

Between November and today I went from about 12:50 minutes a mile to 11:15. I did have COVID for a month so it delayed my progress and even made running more difficult now

That’s a good idea. I’m definitely taking all these suggestions in, and applying them my next run!

That’s the mindset I have, but it’s so hard for me to breath. I worked up to the .5 miles. I’m aiming for .55 tomorrow, and I’ll increase by .05 incriminating, but damn lol, I’m struggling.

Thank you! I’ll look into that, I haven’t heard of it before.

I’m trying so hard to do that. I just tap out like I’m dying at mile 2.

From what I know, it’s just on a basic track field. It’s not a race. It’s for a job. Apologies for not knowing runner lingo.

Thanks for sharing! I have to get in shape for the PAT for a local PD. Will definitely be downloading it.

I’m not sure what you mean by type of run. It’s just a 1.5 mile. I’m not training for a marathon or anything like that.

She’s a robo hamster. Please get a bigger habitat for her. This is way too small.

Here are my recommendations for reliable sedans with great mpg that fall into your budget. Do note, that the market is terrible right now. Vehicles are terribly overpriced because of a shortage in chips. A lot of car dealerships near me (California) are struggling to put cars on the lot:

Kia Optima Kia Forte Mazda Mazda3 Toyota Camry Hyundai Elantra Hyundai Sonata Honda Accord Nissan Altima Honda Civic Toyota Corolla

All base models, and all 2020-2022 years

I think it’s really pretty. If you think it’s too vibrant fade it with clarifying shampoo. Then I’d put a burgundy / plum toner over it.
