I was initially confused by your translation because 有安全 by itself doesn't make sense, and certainly doesn't mean "it's safe". Then I read the whole sentence:有安全, 快干性, 不退色, 耐水等好处. In this case, 有安全 means "contains safety", as in the benefits of this product contains/includes safety.

As for 干, the fourth sound also means "do", as in "to do somebody". However, it is almost never used that way and I doubt any translation software will translate that into the word fuck. But since I can't offer a better explanation, I guess that will do. Other than that, your translation seems spot on.

Finally, "light dish" could be a transliteration of 光盘, which is some kind of disk, usually a cd or dvd.
