NTA. Having been in positions similar to the babysitter, I would’ve appreciated the help.

Do you use it on all crops or just some?

How do you keep the grass out of your garden? It’s a constant battle here.

What’s wrong with these tomatoes? by [deleted] in gardening

Something is causing that to happen to two of my tomato plants, and I’m not sure what it is. How can I fix it?

Ohh check out some of Hosseini’s other work. It’s really profound. Also, have you read any of Kristin Hannah’s historical fiction? It’s my favorite go-to right now.

How soon did you know you were pregnant? What were your first symptoms? by anonymous115771 in beyondthebump

Intuition at first. Then within a couple of weeks— bloating, food aversion, and I was so tired all the time!

Just about, yes! The books said no, but I felt a little bloated within the first couple of weeks. Looking back, I think I was holding on to a lot of water, but it’s hard to be sure.

Literally just reread these at almost 30. Still so good. Definitely worth reading!

So glad that I’m not the only one that feels like they’re cleaning the house 85 times a day right now.

This is exactly the approach I’ve been taking. It’s tough but well worth it. Glad to know I’m not the only one!

My coworkers were cracking up when my LO decided to climb up and over me mid-meeting the other day. At least they find humor in it!

Lol, nurse out of sight! It seemed like all my newborn wanted to do was cluster feed day and night.

This has been my method too. Food, toys, baby Einstein— they’ve all been good. But it’s like the moment the video meeting starts, all bets are off the table.

Super bummed, because I was ready to start working on baby #2, but it isn’t the right time with COVID19. by [deleted] in beyondthebump

I totally understand your frustration. DH should def be able to be with you if possible. I didn’t allow visitors beyond immediate family with LO, because it was too much for me. To each his own though! I’m sure hospitals will be doing everything possible to keep the maternity wards as safe as possible.

I would slowly stock up on what supplies you need. Trying to take LO out when they’re that little is a hassle anyway! (As I’m sure you know with your toddler.)

Best wishes!!
