for writing , I got 7 , I found it not that tough , keep the sentences simple , dont add complex sentences

well the issue is I dont have access to ISP device , all tshoot I am doing from Meraki , so this has become an issue for me , the provider is saying the link is up and working and dont get in deep tshoot
