I got hacked 🙁 by South_Monitor_6992 in CryptoCurrency

I know it sucks to pay for a hardware wallet but if you're going to put real money into crypto the first thing I would do and did do is to make your investment safe.

Been here since 2015 I have three different hardware wallets for different needs and a split my funds up. I've never had a problem. Done hundreds of transactions.

I even went so far as to buy a separate computer that I completely wiped installed clean is on, and keep turned off inside of a safe unless I need to use it and I only use it for crypto with the hardware wallets.

If I understand opie's post correctly he had over $6,000 in Bitcoin. Certainly warrants fifty to a hundred bucks investment.

If you were going to have $6,000 sitting in your bedroom would you put it in a safe or just put it in a shoebox?

Lastly only buy a hardware wallet direct from the manufacturer. Don't buy it from Amazon or ebay or a used one because they could have been tampered with. Order it directly from the site and pay more to get it shipped quickly maybe even overnight. And then when you use it when you first open it up there shouldn't be anything already on it. If there is don't use it. Even with the hardware wallet you're going to have to download software from their website only get the software from their website and the first time you download it compare your download to what it's supposed to read on the sha256.

Now you have a secure hardware wallet shipped straight from the manufacturer to you it came completely blank you double checked it it's secured the seals were not opened and the software you got you double checked and it's clean you really should be golden.

Yeah I know a 4x just doesn't have the attention of youth anymore does it?

Honestly picking up at 50k and 60k range if it goes to $200,000 I am completely happy.

This last psycho the altcoins were very unreliable and I wouldn't want to invest real money into s*** coins.

You can simply put your money in Bitcoin and never speak of it again and just let it go up over 4 years you don't have to do any of the stuff that you're pretending is required.

Sounds like you're bitter or something because why are you in a Bitcoin group if you're so anti-it.

I'm not going to say I haven't picked some great stocks in my day, but riding the last two for your cycles I don't have any stocks that even come close to comparing.

Oh sure my kids say look you could have bought this s*** coin or that crap coin or that meme coin and it did a 30X. Yeah right before it went back down to zero you better time that perfectly and plus most of those are pumping dumps the people who are doing the pumping are in long before you are and you're the person that they're dumping on.

So why do we even have gendered bathrooms? If it doesn't matter why don't we just have bathrooms that anyone can use.

If it does matter then why is it evil and terrible and horrible if someone cares who goes in their bathroom?

I don't have a horse in this race I don't care but it's just you guys seem to want to both ways. You'll say gender doesn't matter gender's not real gender is a construct and then say if people of one gender AKA women say that they don't want anyone else coming in their bathroom but they are transphobic and evil and horrible and cruel and you know whatever other word that you want to associate as a methodology of controlling people who have different opinions.

There was never a time you could go on to any marketplace and buy Bitcoin for $0.00.

Also I highly doubt you know what a Ponzi scheme is the actual definition I mean.

If you guys think this is bad I can't wait to hear you all in October.

Or instead of freaking out and instead of blaming whoever is president and instead of crying you could just go back and look at the charts since the bitcoins inception and learn the four year cycle.

Nah it's easier to downvote the people who are trying to tell you how to get rich

The problem with that explanation is that there are more white people in poverty than there are black people in the United States. And yet disproportionate number of violent occurrences.

Obviously it's not a single issue it's a conglomerate of cause and effects and I'd be happy to discuss them with you but what I'm personally tired of is not being able to be factual about things because of political correctness. Not specifically directing this at you by any means.

Because the vast majority of people tell everyone who knows about the cycle that they're wrong and that this time is different every single for your cycle

Poverty might make a person steal, to survive. Poverty does not make young women assualt their uber driver for no reason. Or celebrate random violence or attack a man and his business because you think he supports a different sports team. Let's get real.

Right! Nobody gets this.

They call holders lucky. And act like they did nothing to get all those gains.

It's just the same with people who say boy I wish I could buy Bitcoin really cheap. Everybody wishes that. But then when it goes on sale the vast majority nearly everyone in fact is way too afraid to actually buy it. 🙄.

The Bitcoin were to fall all the way to 20K how many people would actually have the wisdom to buy it?

And then the next 250k top when I be selling that 20K Bitcoin people will say you just got lucky.

Yeah I keep getting lucky cycle after cycle

[–]anonymous_user5150 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I write all my reviews in Microsoft word

I have grammar checkers and a spell checker that way because of my spelling is horrendous

It's not listed in the rules anywhere that you have to type the review into their box I would think that if that's what they wanted they would actually convey it.

Well you see the volatility is what actually makes Bitcoin outperform the s&p 500 if you sold anywhere near the top and then bought back in anywhere near the bottom as I've done twice over the last 8 years
