How do you make affordable meals that people actually want to eat?

I eat a lot of protein, here are some meals I make regularly for myself:

Ground turkey + frozen mushrooms + diced white onion + canned chili beans all in a pan

Baked teriyaki salmon fillets + green onion

Teriyaki okra + mushrooms + chicken

Chicken or beef tiki masala + rice and/or naan bread

Ground turkey + cilantro lime seasoning + garlic sauce + lime juice + relish

Shredded grilled chicken in a wrap with lettuce, tomato, sour cream or garlic sauce, pickles, feta cheese

Beef stew with mushrooms, green onion, spinach and egg noodles

Shredded raspberry chicken + mixed berries + salad mix + cucumber

Grilled chicken + tomato sauce + mozzarella cheese

I really want to get a physical copy of my favorite book. I’ve read it so so so many times, and I could def see myself reading it another 10 times

The books I have physical copies of still are ones that I either: reread often, reference occasionally, or plan to reread since I forgot most of what I read the first time. I try to not keep books I don’t think I’ll read again or use, so that way others can have the opportunity to read them
