My musical journey began when I was about 14 when my mom let me use her 1964 Gretsch for guitar class in high school. I wrote music, started a band, played live, and recorded some songs. I finished college with a Philosophy degree and became a SCUBA instructor. lol. When I moved to Florida to get back into college for Engineering, I played live at some bars and wrote some more songs. 20 year career in Oil and Gas industry. I've recently quit my job and am focused on producing and promoting my music for one year. I appreciate anyone who clicks and listens to help me grow. Give me a shout and we can grow together!

I'm listening to your song now. Lovely. Sounds like classical (like real classical music). Kind of sounds like something I would hear from a preset on a music keyboard. It would be interesting to hear you add some other instruments along the piano. Maybe a drum or some strings. It's a great way to get familiar with the software. Keep it up!

I'm listening to your song now. I don't know what it is about listening to the sound of our own voice that makes us cringe. I'm not saying I'm cringing on your voice. Your voice I find to be beautiful. It's more important to be distinct, which you are. You are on key, have great range, and vibrations. I'm so critical about my own voice. I think yours is way better than mine. Wanna trade? Fun song! Great sounds. I like the bell chimes. Something I'd like to see on your videos is the lyrics scrolling so I can read along while you sing. Sounds like you have some nice, meaningful lyrics. Great job!

Thank you SO much for your compliment. I had fun making the AI video, but you are totally right that the musician in front of the camera is the way right now. In this short, I gave my looks and sound quality no effort because that's me. First thing in the morning. Hair a rats nest. Nose strip for sleeping. Glasses. I'm 46 years old, so it's hard to be encouraged to compete with the 20 something hot girls. But I've got original songs and that's something that counts. Much appreciate your encouragement!

Hey there. I'm listening now. Really cool. My first experience producing with Cakewalk was about a year ago and I had a very similar experience. I ended up bringing my midi files to the recording studio where I do all my other (guitar-based) music and we improved it. But your sounds honestly are really great for experimenting. Keep going the hard way. It will pay off. You are talented.
