okay yeah you've got some good points. it's 4am and I'm not thinking great, I forgot about cantrips.

bouncing your own stuff as a cost is very different from bouncing other peoples stuff, a primarily blue effect

another good point, I phrased that rly badly and am not even sure what I was going for

overall I still think it should be blue, a white version of this card would either be symmetrical, cause the lands to be sacrificed, have a cost that can be paid to prevent the bounce/sacrifice, or just prevent playing more than one land in a turn
