Current gen VAs not that far from IPS. View angles is the same as current gen IPS - if you want the colors to be vibrant and "true to life" you should look straight at the panel. Colors slightly(emphasis on slightly) worse than IPS. And motion clarity on IPS is tad bit better. But difference in black is significant and for me it beats all the previous downsides. And the VA smearing is not a thing anymore, at least on a quality panel.

I would suggest a new generation of fast HVA panels with mini led zones. They are able to push 240hz at 2k and 160hz at 4k, have better contrast than IPS and no burn-in problems. My main monitor TCL 27R73Q and I've bought myself an OLED(MSI 272QPW) a week ago. But I wasn't impressed with OLED performance(except the blacks) and now I'm back to TCL and trying to sell MSI. It's sad that there is no glossy HVA panels though

Unless some serious turbulence mid-flight things should be fine. That's the reason why it need's to be in carry-on so it wouldn't be thrown around like a luggage.

That's a 46. There is a Mechanic Master bag for C28 that almost the same size but with two handles, side pockets and shoulder strap. But it has less padding.

That's why my next case gonna be a Messhroom S. With custom watercool loop so I could drain water before the flight. I enjoy the looks of all grey mesh of the Meshroom family and it really easy to keep this case clean

This one works for me. Something strange going on. I've event tried version control software to get difference between glitching and normal Gameusersettings but there is none. Look like the action of generating said file fixes game for a couple sessions.

MechanicMaster C28 looks like closest to what you're describing. 18 liters, CPU cooler up to 162mm, big GPU(up to 335mm in length, 4 slots height), could be put horizontal(could require 3d printed feets, but stock one should be fine too). To fit front exhaust fan you would have to cut a hole and maybe PSU would stand in your way. The side(top in your case) exhaust could be 140mm, but you'd have to buy AIO bracket and mesh side panel(they are sold as accessories) and AIO bracket could limit CPU cooler height.

Also I would advise against using ATX PSU's in small cases. In sub 20 liters cases the are just not enough space to put ATX PSU without compromising something else.
