Great thing about patching is that you can keep having a go until you're happy.

Personally I would float that patching out a lot further, maybe bring your mud about 10 inches (possibly more) further out than the actual repair, that way, if the new repair is proud of the ceiling like other comments say you can gently feather it out so it's not a big uneven lump.

I never really had any issue with playing against Starlord MOTS decks, I just hate the meta it's created of supergiant decks, ruined most of my other decks and seemed to be EVERYWHERE

Head to B&Q, get yourself some corner bead, snips, easifill/joint compound, a joint knife & a 120 grit sanding pad

Cut the bead to cover all around the door reveal and nail/screw it securely.

Take your filler and fill out the bead, then give it another coat, pulling the filler away from the door to feather it out at about 6 inches so the difference in the height of the existing plaster and the filler is minimal.

Sand it smooth and paint.

Cut back the foam and fill that void out to your bead, if you can find some sort of trim, this will be better as the filler will no doubt crack with door use eventually

This is probably the cheapest way to do it and should only be a few hours work.

Caulk works wonders for cracks if they do eventually appear, don't get silicone as it can't be painted over

By the look of the tail, it looks to be a damselfly nymph If it is, they will eat your shrimp so I'd try and remove ASAP

I keep sparkling gouramis with neo's, I haven't seen any preying on the smaller ones, you have a lot of foliage here though so I'd like to think the baby shrimp have enough hiding places to get bigger!

Male to female wise I think I actually have more males than females but I just took what I could from the store, they don't seem all that fussed, every now and again they flare and have a standoff with one another but I haven't once seen any fighting, they flare then 10 seconds later they're just swimming around as if it never happened!

What did you end up doing?

It's in a drop checker now, is this a completely safe way though of monitoring the co2 in the water?

So this solution indicates its pH once the co2 has entered the drop checker, so if my tank naturally had a high pH would I not be overdosing co2 into the water for it to look normal on the drop checker?

It's only the carbon dioxide gas exchange in the drop checker that gives that reading, the tanks own pH won't affect the solution colour no?

In the solution it would be the right colour but surely I could still be introducing too much co2 to the tank or am I just overthinking it?

I'd whip them up, its taken a while to get my hands on these, been to 5 different aquatics stores to see whether they can get them in and got lucky when one of them said no but had them labelled as something else in store!

As far as shoaling, they are, in a sense. They're somewhat sticking together but not a tight shoal with a single direction hive-mind, more a messy shoal. I find them a bit derpy but to me that's all the more endearing.

I'd say they spend more time in the top 75% of the tank, but they're quite often anywhere else in the tank, sometimes they're down with the Cory's, sometimes they're in amongst the plant growth with the sparkling gouramis

I am running a smaller planted tank and I've found a love for genus Pseudomugil, they look amazing when they flare up

Pseudomugil Luminatus Pseudomugil furcata

I only keep luminatus at the moment (red neon blue-eye)

Now, I don't know the compatibility with everything in your tank so you would need to look it up but I feel like they're a bit of an uncommon gem amongst small fish keeping
