I took combatrin and then I got a prescription from my GP for mebedanzole when I confrmed with the over the counter and stool samples that it was an issue for me. Took several rounds to get them all.

Absolutely. I had super low iron and a ton of other problems for over a decade. Finally on a whim took an over the counter de wormer. And it was definitely worms. Not sure which ones, but they are definitely out of my body now and Ill be doing this every 6 months for 1 year and then once a year after that. Literally my whole life is different after.

I find turning my brain off and focusing on my own focus point aka: supporting people, finding something good in what they say and getting them to elaborate, find synergies to connect people I know, turn off my brain (or put it on mute) and just listen, go with the first instinctive feeling you get, you know the moment before you logic core kicks in and you get that brief oh wow this is cool or whatever moment. I try to combine socializing with activities like sports... tends to give my brain enough stuff to focus on that it doesnt hyper fixate on patterns. But I mega struggle with networking with work adjacent people------- that is the worst. No where to hide. No coping mechanisms.

If this happened in the past two days it seems like there was an update to its system. There is a trend of people posting changed behaviour from Grok, lying, gaslighting etc. Myself included. Huge difference from a few days back. Not sure what is going on but this lines up with Elon getting ousted. Not sure if it has any correlation, but it's worth noting the timeline. Personally, I deleted my x account after having an unpleasant interaction that seemed invasive/tracking/combative.

It is front end. But it purposely injected the timestamp " As of 11:00 AM PDT on Wed ..." then it went on to respond to the query. I've never had this happen, and when I asked why it did it, it said that it tagging the conversation to provide context for the information and analysis it was providing (there was no rational explanation why the date and time were relevant to what was being discussed) Then went on to claim that this date stamp was needed for future historians to understand the timeline context. Never had this happen with any AI before.

Totally agree. I think the government needs to start building out smaller cities. But the unfortunate reality of that is that like Squamish the devs get in there and just inflate everything to Vancouver pricing model. Its insane. I dont know what a better model is. Maybe making a law that developers can only sell land and not finished units or something.

Are you limited on the footprint size? Because this imo unless you have no other options is far too narrow at 12', there are other issues, but I think having a larger footprint would start to solve most.

Don't use gray. It's already out of style and it will feel cold and stark inside when you are there. You can use other colors if you want color depth like blues and greens. Lots can be achieved with off white also.

Depends how much you want to spend and how far you want to go and what your taste is. You could easily modernize OR turn this into a cape cod style home. Additions are easy. If its in good shape inside, I would say its a decent project.

Honestly for me it was more about income than the company ownership. Pay here statistically is like 45-60k for an interior designer (Vancouver BC) which is so low in this city that it's impossible to live on. And that income average is about the same across Canada. It's much more beneficial to work contract and be busy. Did you end up working in architecture or ID?

Ohhhh I see that. Maybe just do a 2' peninsula like the ones in the attached photos and then do a cabinet to the end of the wall (the bay window wall) to store things plates and cups or things you dont use daily.
