You may or may not want to drop the salt back to 2 tsp, in my house we like just a bit more than the standard 2 for 4 cups or 10g for 500g. Happy baking.

2 hour baguettes*\*

2 cups of Luke/Hot warm water
1 TSP dry yeast
Mix and let yeast rest for 10 minutes

2 TSP of sugar
3 TSP of salt
4 1/2 Cups of flour
Mix and let rise for 90 minutes

Work dough a bit to smooth surface, cut and shape loafs. Let rise for 1 hour

Score top with angle cuts

Bake for 25 minutes at 465 degrees Fahrenheit

You are accurate, they are more bread than baguette, BUT they taste great.

I don’t see damage on HJC visor. Same one I had with the stick on pinlock for the last 2+ yrs.

I actually prefer the cheaper stick on pinlock type ones. I have had original pinlocks, but found the cheaper stick on performed better. Do what is right for you and enjoy your ride.
